These Terms & Conditions govern the text-message (SMS/MMS) notification program operated by Fusion Tech AI LLC ("Fusion Tech AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.
Fusion Tech AI sends informational text-message notifications on behalf of the businesses whose websites we operate or manage. The primary message type is a lead and account notification: when a visitor submits a contact or lead form on a managed website, we send a text alert to that business owner (or their authorized staff) notifying them of the new lead. We may also send customer-care replies to individuals who have directly contacted a business and provided their mobile number.
A business owner consents to receive these alerts when the SMS notification feature is enabled for their account. For customer-care messages, recipients have first contacted the business directly and provided their mobile number, consenting to a reply. We do not send messages to consumers who have not initiated contact, and consent is never a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies and depends on activity — for example, how often new leads are submitted on a managed website. You may receive a message each time a relevant event occurs.
Message and data rates may apply. Fusion Tech AI does not charge for the text messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply depending on your plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and you will no longer receive text messages from that program. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
